What information do we collect and Use?
We strictly honor your right to privacy and confidentiality. We do not publish your details in any media without your express approval. Your records are retained within our system for a limited time for internal administrative use only.
We only use your email address to contact you for specific projects only and not for unsolicited mail or offers.
Log Files
As with most web sites, certain information is automatically and stored in log files. This information includes Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data.

Engaging Our Services
For your security, you have a choice between two popular secure payment methods: Paypal or Online Transfer. No sensitive and/or personal information is ever requested on our web site. We do not usually accept checks, cash or any type of non-receipted payments, except in special circumstances.
For payments made through PayPal, your credit card information is not available to us. PayPal's privacy policy will govern the collection and use of your personally identifiable information while on their site. The information collected by them is only used for billing purposes, receipts and order fulfillment.
Submitting Your Work For Editing
All communication will be vial email. We usually place a tracking pixel in our replies so we can confirm you have received our messages. We receive projects for editing and rewriting via the internet and return the edited version the same way.
Fogfactor warrants that no part of your work submitted to us for editing will be compromised, disclosed to anyone, used by anyone else or plagiarized (either content, concept, ideas, or specific sentences, paragraphs, scenes, or chapters), or in any other way appropriated by or shared with anyone. We may choose to use extracts submitted for sample editing on our web site. All work received is treated as proprietary and its contents or subject is never disclosed to or discussed with any third party.
