We have standardized our fees in US dollars [US$] for quotation purposes, as we have clients from various countries. Please contact us to request payment in a currency of your choice.
We provide you with two payment methods: Preferred: Paypal and Alternate: Direct online money transfer
The fees quoted below are the maximum applicable in standard editing services. Our editors maintain a flexible fee structure, to meet different needs, budgets and applications. Talk to us. We'll listen.

Fee payment:
Fees are payable in part or in full, before delivery of your completed project. These fees include one additional review by our editors, if you are not satisfied with the initial work.
You are entitled to special discounts if you are a student or your document exceeds 10,000 words [approximately 25 A4 pages].
Your payment is fully protected.For your security and convenience, we recommend payment through PayPal, a secure online payment service, either with available funds or through a credit card. Setting up an account, if you do not already have one, is a simple and quick process.
Alternatively, if you do not want to set up a paypal account, fees may be paid by online bank transfer to our local account. Please contact us for details on this option.

Please include sufficient details so we can contact you easily. When sending documents for proofreading and editing by email, please send them as an attachment with a .doc, .rtf or .docx extension. We can edit txt extensions, but will not be able to show you the changes made.
Our freelance editors usually try to complete a proofreading, rewriting or editing assignment within five (5) working days. However, we may need more time for larger and more complex assignments.
